ZA Bank has reported that its StockBack x ZA Card program has gained significant traction in just two weeks, with nearly 20% of active ZA Card users participating. The program has distributed over 250 stocks across various industries, with total cashback nearing HKD 2 million.
In response to high demand, ZA Bank has increased the number of 50% cashback slots to 50,000. Additionally, starting in December 2025, eligible merchant categories for the cashback will expand from coffee shops to include selected convenience stores like 7-Eleven and OK.
Corey Zhu, Head of Retail Lending and Card Business at ZA Bank, stated that the active participation reflects the market’s acceptance of financial innovation. He noted that users are willing to embrace a new cashback model that combines consumption and stock rewards, which could inject new momentum into Hong Kong’s financial market.
